What is the Return Policy?
We accept returns on unworn socks. If you wish to start a return, please email us at orders@peoplesocks.com. We will issue you a shipping label (debited from your return) and refund your remaining amount once the item is received.
What size sock should I wear?
We recommend choosing your sock size based on your shoe size. Please keep in mind that our socks are medium thickness and might add up to half a size to shoe size.
Why are my socks pilling?
Pilling is normal in wool socks and does not impact the durability or comfort of your socks.
